Facilities & Capacity

The interior boasts an elegant design that we call a ‘Beach meets Barn' décor style. The room is adorned with white shiplap, wicker lanterns, warm natural tones with hints of black in just the right places. When celebrating here guests can share their celebration with up to 250 guests, depending on the format of the event.


Elegant Affairs is the preferred caterer at 230 ELM, offering upscale cuisine, stylish visual presentation, and impeccable staff at every event. Their menu is diverse offering local fresh ingredients that are synonymous with the Hamptons. Planners, other caterers and vendors are welcome.


Recommended Vendors

230 ELM has a list of recommended vendors that may be needed to complete the details of your event. These vendors include; florists, furniture, music and entertainment, lighting, photography and video. Hosts and planners are welcome to bring in their own vendors as well.

Yes, depending upon the day and type of event. Call one of our team members to get the details.

Do you have valet parking?

Yes and its required for every event at an additional expense.

Is there an outdoor space?


Can you have a wedding ceremony on site?

No however there are nearby Churches and Synagogues in the immediate area.

How many people can you accomodate for a cocktail party?

Up to 250 depending upon the format of the party.

How many people can you accommodate for a seated dinner with a cocktail hour?

Between 75-175 guests.

Can you accommodate smaller groups?

Yes we have the ability to open up the room or condense it to accommodate all guest counts.

Do I need to bring in rentals or are they included with the space?

All rentals  need to be brought in, however, our team takes care of all of those details.
